Dr. Patrick Bardutz is the owner and founder of Gardiner Park Animal Hospital and graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon.
You may have joined Dr. Bardutz when he worked at the Animal Clinic of Regina or at the Ross Park Pet Clinic which he opened in 1984, or since the fall of 2003 at the Gardiner Park Animal Hospital.
Not only does Dr. Bardutz treat dogs and cats, but many in the city recognize him as the doctor who treats exotic pets; including everything from birds to rodents to reptiles. He also has a special interest in all types of surgery and his surgical abilities and expertise have become well known to many in Regina.
His compassion and loyalty to his clients have given him a reputation that is shown by his long-term clients. A combination of modern technology and an emphasis on current continuing education for both staff and doctor allow his clients and their pets to receive a high level of care. Not only do clients respect and appreciate Dr. Bardutz, but his staff have also said that he is a very kind and caring boss, and believe that is why there is such a family atmosphere at work.
Outside of work, Dr. Bardutz is a family man. He and his wife Holly are busy with their teenagers: son, Stephen and daughter, Emily. As well they have a good natured little dog “Halo”, a white (but with two different coloured eyes) cat “Skittles”, and a little green budgie, appropriately called “Lime”.
